15 new, high-res photos per month; 1 specific location request included (I will take a variety of photos while out and about, but you can request one specific location, like a business, neighborhood, park, landmark, etc. per month). Your gallery will not expire - you will have the right to use these photos indefinitely.

Includes all copy, any necessary research, template design tweaks, customization for each agent where necessary, photo curation (from photos you already have, or your Madison photo library), plus up to 5 new location photos where needed (I will add these to your library). Plus one round of revisions. Additional revisions billed at $75/hour.

A comprehensive review of your website copy and guides of your choosing. I will provide you with a document of suggested copy edits. I can also edit the guides with the changes upon your approval.
